The Vice Chairman

        • verification of payments for compliance with grant agreements, decisions of the Board and the legislation;
        • preparation of annual and strategic budgets of the Organization, grant budgets;
        • preparation of annual and grant reports;
        • communication with media and other donors;
        • other tasks within the authority.

The main duties of the treasurer include checking bank accounts. Ensuring timely filing of tax information and legal forms. In addition, the treasurer works with the chairman of the finance committee and the financial director of the organization. The treasurer assists the directors in the preparation of the annual budget.

Key Responsibilities of a Board Member
